Job Summary:
PayFuture is hiring a Quality Assurance Engineer with strong automation skills and experience in banking systems or financial applications. This role will focus on developing automated test frameworks and ensuring product quality through CI/CD integration, compliance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and backend applications
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and testers to define test automation strategies
  • Execute test suites, analyze results, and ensure timely software delivery
  • Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines
  • Track and resolve defects in collaboration with development teams
  • Ensure security and compliance standards are met
  • Participate in code and test plan reviews
  • Contribute to QA best practices and process improvements

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of automation testing experience, preferably in the banking/financial sector
  • Hands-on with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools
  • Proficiency in Java for scripting
  • Experience testing REST APIs (Postman, Rest Assured)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Git
  • Knowledge of core banking platforms such as Temenos, Finacle, or Flexcube is a strong advantage
  • Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
  • Bonus: experience with performance or security testing
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
