Job Overview:

We’re looking for a highly experienced Automation Test Engineer with strong skills in API, UI, and database testing. In this role, you’ll contribute to building robust, scalable, and efficient automated test frameworks, helping ensure the quality and integrity of our software systems across critical business applications.
As part of a high-performing team, you will work on projects that directly impact our global operations, contributing to cloud-based infrastructure, CI/CD practices, and automation standards in a dynamic financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with global test automation teams to design and maintain a comprehensive automation suite

Test functional changes during each sprint and automate those validations

Work within a continuous integration (CI) framework for compatibility with cloud-based environments

Build, execute, and report on automated test scripts in alignment with defined test plans

Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of software solutions by identifying risks and resolving issues early

Document and review test plans, test cases, and test scripts to support audit and knowledge sharing
Required Skills & Experience:

9–14 years of experience in software testing, with 5+ years of continuous experience in test automation

Strong hands-on experience in API automation, UI testing, and database automation

Proficient in Java or Python for scripting automated test cases

Sound knowledge of SQL and UNIX/Linux environments

Familiarity with test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines

Ability to work independently and in global teams across time zones
Preferred/Good to Have:

Experience in the Capital Banking domain

Exposure to AWS Cloud, particularly test execution on EC2 instances

Familiarity with agile methodologies and test documentation best practices

Strong understanding of software quality engineering principles
