Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a QA Automation Engineer with 2-4 years of experience. The QA Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test cases, automating testing workflows, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying and resolving quality issues, performing both manual and automated testing, and ensuring compliance with established QA processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts

• Build and enhance automation frameworks (Web/Mobile/API)

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and AI-related testing activities

• Validate AI-driven workflows, outputs, and application behavior

• Identify, track, and report defects effectively

• Contribute to CI/CD automation pipelines

• Utilize AI tools and modern testing practices to improve testing efficiency and productivity

Technical Requirements

Programming (Any One):

Java / Python / JavaScript / TypeScript

Web Automation:

Selenium / Cypress / Playwright (plus point)

API Automation:

Postman / REST Assured

Mobile Automation:

Appium

Frameworks:

TestNG / JUnit / PyTest / Cucumber (BDD)

Tools:

Jenkins, Git, GitHub/GitLab, Azure, AI-assisted testing tools (preferred)

Database:

Basic to Intermediate SQL, MongoDB
