Role Overview
As a QA Automation Developer, you will be a key player in delivering reliability at scale. You’ll design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks using TypeScript and Playwright, working closely with cross-functional product teams to embed quality into every stage of development.

Key Responsibilities
Automation & Development

Design, develop, and maintain automated end-to-end and integration tests for web applications using TypeScript and Playwright.

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to improve release velocity and confidence.

Conduct code reviews to ensure high standards within the QA automation team.
Collaboration & Quality Strategy

Work closely with QAs, developers, and product owners to understand workflows and prioritize automation for maximum value.

Report on test coverage for new workflows, hotfixes, and releases.

Participate actively in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.
Product Knowledge & Continuous Improvement

Gain deep knowledge of assigned Helm products to create relevant, high-value test cases.

Recommend improvements to automation frameworks, testing strategy, and tooling.

Promote a quality-first culture, encouraging proactive bug prevention over reactive bug fixing.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

3+ years of experience in software testing with strong knowledge of QA best practices in agile environments.

Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Playwright for test automation.

Experience with cross-browser and mobile testing platforms such as BrowserStack.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
