Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic QA & Business Analyst who can seamlessly bridge the gap between business requirements and product quality. This hybrid role is ideal for professionals who are equally skilled in understanding user needs and validating software through rigorous testing.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders, developers, and product managers to translate ideas into detailed requirements, and ensure that every release meets user expectations through hands-on manual and automated testing.
Key Responsibilities
🧩 Business Analysis

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements.

Translate user needs into user stories, process flows, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.

Assess dependencies, risks, and impacts of features across the platform.

Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and stand-ups.
🧪 Quality Assurance

Design test plans, test cases, and test scripts grounded in business logic.

Execute manual testing across functional, UI/UX, integration, regression, and UAT scopes.

MANDATORY: Build and run API automation tests using Postman (collections, test suites, environments, CI integration).

Log and track bugs in Jira or TestRail, working closely with developers to resolve them.

Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support production releases.
Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

2–5 years of combined experience in Quality Assurance and/or Business Analysis.

Strong command of the SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and QA standards.

Experience with Jira, Confluence, SQL, and web-based application testing.

Ability to produce clear, concise, and structured documentation.

Excellent communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation tools.

Proficiency in wireframing or prototyping tools like Figma or Balsamiq.

Domain exposure in fintech, e-commerce, or ed-tech.

Familiarity with Agile ceremonies and workflows.
