Job Overview:
The Leadership Thread is seeking a QA Analyst/Tester to join our high-growth, US-based startup focused on transforming dental practice growth through data-driven, AI-powered tools. Key Responsibilities:

QA Process Ownership: Design and implement QA systems and standards from scratch for web-based and AI-driven applications.

Test Execution: Perform both automated and manual testing across functional, regression, and end-to-end layers.

Test Planning: Write and manage detailed test plans, test cases, and test documentation.

Early Bug Detection: Collaborate in early development phases to validate requirements and proactively identify bugs.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers and stakeholders to enforce quality practices and address issues efficiently.

Tooling: Utilize and manage tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright for automation; Jira for tracking.

Reporting & Analysis: Track testing metrics and results, and contribute to continuous QA process improvement.

Agile Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic, evolving startup environment by effectively managing changing priorities.
Key Requirements:

3+ years of experience in software QA testing, with a strong foundation in both manual and automated testing.

Hands-on experience with:

Automation tools: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright (or similar).

Test case writing and execution.

Regression and end-to-end testing.

Bug tracking and management tools (e.g., Jira).

Experience testing web applications and ideally AI-based or data-driven products.

Strong attention to detail, with a systematic approach to test planning and execution.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
