Job Summary

Altisource (NASDAQ: ASPS), a leading provider of technology and services to the mortgage and real estate industry, is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst who excels in process analysis, training delivery, and quality monitoring. This role is focused not on software testing but on process and call quality assurance, making it ideal for candidates with excellent communication, analytical, and training skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform quality assurance reviews on calls and processes across departments.
  • Conduct training sessions for new hires and provide process refreshers for existing employees.
  • Offer ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
  • Identify training and development needs based on review findings and collaborate with leadership to bridge skill gaps.
  • Develop and update SOPs and training content to support quality standards.
  • Analyze review data, prepare detailed reports, and highlight quality trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Recommend and track implementation of corrective and preventive actions to enhance process efficiency.
  • Escalate unresolved process issues to senior management and collaborate on resolution strategies.
  • Monitor business unit responses to findings and ensure timely closure of issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: Business, Communications, or related).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English and a neutral accent.
  • Strong analytical and cognitive abilities.
  • High attention to detail and process orientation.
  • Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification is desirable.
  • Ability to create clear documentation and deliver structured training sessions.
