1. Requirement Gathering & Tool Setup

• Understand performance benchmarks and set up tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.

1. Load & Stress Testing

• Simulate concurrent users and transactions to measure system scalability.

1. Monitoring & Analysis

• Track CPU, memory, and network utilization during tests; identify bottlenecks.

1. Defect Reporting & Optimization

• Document performance issues and recommend tuning strategies.

1. Benchmarking & Reporting

• Provide detailed performance reports against SLAs and KPIs.
