Job Overview

ANSR is hiring a skilled Manual Testing Engineer to support the Customer Portal Domain at ArcelorMittal, the world’s leading steel and mining company. Based out of Hyderabad, this full-time, on-site position offers a unique opportunity to work on high-impact, customer-facing applications in a dynamic, global, and innovation-driven organization. You’ll play a critical role in designing, executing, and managing test plans for large-scale, multi-component enterprise systems used across Europe.

This is an ideal opportunity for QA professionals with a passion for manual and API testing, keen to contribute to Agile, full-stack environments and work within a strategic global capability center.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute test plans and strategies for validating business process enhancements in customer-facing web and mobile applications.
  • Ensure that test coverage aligns with business requirements, IT standards, and architectural consistency.
  • Develop, document, and maintain both manual and automated test cases.
  • Test a variety of functionalities including order management, claims tracking, and non-prime sales.
  • Validate APIs, Angular frontends, and Java backends, ensuring responsiveness, usability, and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, operations, project managers, and business stakeholders.
  • Support testing throughout the SDLC, from sprint-level QA to post-deployment validations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • ✅ Proven experience in manual testing, with exposure to full-stack applications.
  • ✅ Strong knowledge of API testing and security validations (preferably REST APIs).
  • ✅ Hands-on experience testing Java-based applications and Angular frontends (including mobile compatibility).
  • ✅ Working knowledge of SQL, preferably MS SQL Server.
  • ✅ Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and scripting.
  • ✅ Experience in Agile teams with CI/CD pipelines; knowledge of Azure DevOps is a plus.
  • ✅ Proficiency with OpenAPI specs and API documentation tools.
  • ✅ Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • ✅ Fluent in English and comfortable working in a multinational environment.
