Job Overview
PradeepIT, a globally recognized IT consulting firm, is hiring a skilled and motivated Manual Tester to join its growing QA team. Key Responsibilities

Design, write, and execute test cases and test plans for web and enterprise applications.

Perform functional, UI, and integration testing to ensure product quality across development cycles.

Collaborate closely with developers and business stakeholders to validate requirements and troubleshoot issues.

Proactively communicate test results and raise defects through proper reporting channels.

Participate in team meetings, sprint reviews, and QA status reporting as part of Agile teams.

Assist in requirements analysis and validation activities for clarity and completeness.
Required Qualifications

Proven experience in manual testing of web applications.

Ability to write detailed test cases based on functional requirements and user stories.

Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including test case execution, defect logging, and regression cycles.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience in working independently or in small, focused QA teams.
Preferred Skills

Familiarity with ERP/logistics systems and/or accounting systems.

Exposure to Salesforce environments and workflows.

Basic hands-on experience with Selenium or similar automation tools.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Knowledge of Azure DevOps or related cloud-based environments.

Background or knowledge in commodities or financial risk management domains is a plus.

Valid Salesforce Certification or relevant credentials are advantageous.
