Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and technical documentation to develop and execute test cases.

Design and perform manual tests for functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Log, track, and manage defects using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.

Validate both front-end and back-end components, including UI workflows and database interactions.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners during sprint cycles.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Ensure comprehensive test coverage and timely execution aligned with sprint goals.

Provide clear feedback and contribute to continuous quality improvements.
What You Bring

3+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing, preferably within Agile/Scrum environments.

Solid understanding of SDLC and QA best practices.

Experience testing applications developed using Microsoft technologies (e.g., .NET, Azure, SQL Server).

Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools for test case management and defect tracking.

Ability to write clear, comprehensive test documentation and reports.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with a distributed team.
Nice to Have

Experience testing Power Platform solutions (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate).

Exposure to test automation frameworks (though automation experience is not mandatory).
