Job Overview
Team Geek Solutions is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manual Automation Tester to join our innovative quality assurance team. As a key member of our QA department, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality web and mobile applications by executing test cases, identifying defects, and working closely with development teams to drive product excellence. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual test cases for web and mobile applications.

Create and maintain test scenarios, test data, and test scripts based on functional and non-functional requirements.

Identify, document, and track software defects using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.

Work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts in Agile/Scrum teams to understand business requirements and ensure timely delivery.

Participate in requirement analysis and provide testing insights to improve software quality and usability.

Support basic test automation efforts using tools like Selenium, where applicable.

Ensure adherence to QA best practices and continuously strive to improve testing strategies and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ 2+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing.

✅ Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.

✅ Proficiency in writing detailed test cases, test plans, and maintaining test documentation.

✅ Experience with defect management tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.

✅ Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative testing processes.
