Manager - AI QA

About the job

We are looking for a highly skilled AI-QA Manager who can drive quality engineering through a blend of traditional QA practices and modern AI-powered testing approaches. You will play a key role in building robust automation frameworks, enhancing test efficiency using AI tools, and ensuring high-quality product releases in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium or Playwright
• Perform manual and automated testing for web applications and APIs
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, Gemini) for: o Test case generation o Test data creation o Defect analysis and root cause identification
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing QA workflows to improve efficiency and coverage
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure quality across the SDLC
• Build and maintain CI/CD-integrated test pipelines
• Identify gaps in testing and proactively suggest improvements using AI-driven insights
• Ensure adherence to best practices in test automation, reporting, and documentation

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing
• Strong expertise in Manual Testing concepts and methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Automation Testing using Selenium and/or Playwright
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: JavaScript, Java, or Python
• Experience in designing and building test automation frameworks from scratch
• Solid understanding of API testing, debugging, and test data management
• Practical exposure to AI tools like Claude, Codex, Gemini, or similar
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Skills (Good To Have)

• Experience with AI-driven testing platforms or tools
• Knowledge of performance testing and security testing basics
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Understanding of microservices architecture
