Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Analyst to join our QA Chapter, supporting testing activities across all applications under IM Technology. This role demands a strong foundation in database testing, automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• 🔍 Requirement Analysis: Understand business needs, analyze user stories, and translate them into effective test strategies
• 🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers and business analysts to understand new features, bug fixes, and code changes
• 🧪 Test Case Development: Create and execute both functional and automated test cases across multiple environments
• 🐞 Defect Management: Log, track, and prioritize defects using defect tracking tools; collaborate with PMs and developers for resolution
• 🧬 Automation Scripting: Develop and maintain automation scripts, preferably using the Python stack
• 🗄️ Database Testing: Perform deep testing on relational (Oracle) and non-relational (Snowflake) databases
• 📄 Documentation: Maintain detailed records of test cases, results, and issues encountered during testing
• 📢 Team Engagement: Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings to discuss progress, risks, and blockers
• 🚀 Continuous Learning: Stay current with emerging tools, techniques, and industry trends

Qualifications
