Job Tittle: AI Data Annotation Associate / Technical Associate

Location: India (Remote) | Contract / Freelance

We are looking for highly motivated and academically exceptional candidates from premier IITs to join an exciting AI-focused project.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong technical aptitude, analytical thinking, and hands-on internship experience in software development, AI, or related technical domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform AI data annotation and validation with high accuracy

• Analyze datasets and maintain quality standards

• Support AI/ML workflow optimization and process improvements

• Work on technical assignments and problem-solving tasks

• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders

• Document workflow observations and edge cases clearly

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background

Current student or recent graduate from a premier IIT

Preferred IITs:

• IIT Delhi
• IIT Bombay
• IIT Kanpur
• IIT Kharagpur
• IIT Madras
• IIT Roorkee

Academic Requirements

• JEE Advanced Rank below 1000 preferred

• Strong CGPA and/or Department Rank

Preferred Stream

• Computer Science Engineering preferred

• Other technical streams may also be considered

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python (Mandatory)

• Excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills

• Understanding of AI/ML concepts is a plus

• AI Data Annotation experience preferred

Experience

• Must have completed or currently pursuing a strong technical internship

• Experience in software development, AI projects, or technical research is an advantage

Availability

• Minimum 25+ hours/week availability during weekdays

• Ability to work consistently in a remote setup

Selection Process

• Assessment / Take-Home Assignment

• Up to 2 customer interview rounds
