Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Automation QA Engineer with strong expertise in Playwright-based test automation and experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) is highly preferred.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts, validating end-to-end business workflows, and ensuring the quality and reliability of enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright with TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
• Test business processes across D365 Finance & Operations, including finance, procurement, inventory, sales, and supply chain workflows.
• Develop reusable automation frameworks, test utilities, and maintainable test suites.
• Validate integrations between D365 and external applications, APIs, and downstream systems.
• Execute automated test suites and analyze failures, logs, and defects.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing.
• Collaborate with developers, functional consultants, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and convert them into test scenarios.
• Perform defect reporting, root-cause analysis, retesting, and regression validation.
• Maintain test documentation, test data, execution reports, and automation coverage metrics.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright automation.
• Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of functional testing, regression testing, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience with test planning, defect management, and test execution reporting.
• Good understanding of web application testing and debugging.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on testing experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• Understanding of D365 F&O modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory Management, Sales, and Supply Chain Management.
• Experience validating ERP business workflows and role-based access.
• Knowledge of API testing, SQL, and data validation.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and test management tools.
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, upgrade, or regression testing projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote delivery environment.
