Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute manual test plans, test cases, and exploratory tests across web and mobile applications (React, Flutter)

Validate integration, regression, backend, and UI/UX flows with focus on real-world clinical use cases

Maintain full traceability between test cases and requirements to support FDA/HIPAA audit-readiness

Collaborate with developers to conduct root cause analysis, help triage issues, and verify fixes in staging environments

Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, QA sign-offs) to ensure release quality

Maintain thorough documentation of test runs, logs, screenshots, and user flows as per regulatory standards
Must-Have Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience in manual testing, preferably in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries

Proven experience testing React and/or Flutter-based web and mobile applications

Strong knowledge of test case design, regression planning, and exploratory testing

Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail), and version control systems like Git

Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

Ability to produce detailed, audit-compliant documentation and test artifacts
Nice-to-Have Skills:

Exposure to FDA, HIPAA, or ISO 13485 compliance processes

Experience with BDD tools like Cucumber or Gherkin

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Azure DevOps

Basic knowledge of API testing using Postman or Swagger
