Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (On-site only)
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent
Experience Required: 3–5 Years

Job Overview:

Join Ajmera Infotech Private Limited (AIPL) as a Manual QA Engineer, where your work will help ensure the reliability and compliance of life-critical software systems. As part of a confidential FDA-regulated healthcare technology initiative, your responsibilities will extend far beyond standard QA tasks. You'll help validate end-to-end patient workflows, ensuring software stability, accuracy, and readiness for regulatory audits. This is a unique opportunity for detail-oriented testers looking to make a meaningful impact in healthcare technology.

This role is perfect for manual QA engineers with a passion for compliance, user-centric testing, and building software that cannot fail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute manual test plans, test cases, and exploratory tests across web and mobile applications (React, Flutter)
  • Validate integration, regression, backend, and UI/UX flows with focus on real-world clinical use cases
  • Maintain full traceability between test cases and requirements to support FDA/HIPAA audit-readiness
  • Collaborate with developers to conduct root cause analysis, help triage issues, and verify fixes in staging environments
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, QA sign-offs) to ensure release quality
  • Maintain thorough documentation of test runs, logs, screenshots, and user flows as per regulatory standards

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in manual testing, preferably in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries
  • Proven experience testing React and/or Flutter-based web and mobile applications
  • Strong knowledge of test case design, regression planning, and exploratory testing
  • Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail), and version control systems like Git
  • Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
  • Ability to produce detailed, audit-compliant documentation and test artifacts

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to FDA, HIPAA, or ISO 13485 compliance processes
  • Experience with BDD tools like Cucumber or Gherkin
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Azure DevOps
  • Basic knowledge of API testing using Postman or Swagger
  • Exposure to test automation tools like Cypress or Appium is a plus

Why Join AIPL:

  • Be part of a compliance-first engineering team developing life-critical health tech software
  • Work alongside senior QA mentors and automation architects to level up your testing skills
  • Build systems that directly impact real lives with zero tolerance for failure
  • Grow into roles in test automation, compliance architecture, or QA leadership
  • On-site benefits, competitive compensation, and performance-linked rewards
