Automation Engineer | Python CI/CD

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain robust automation workflows, integrations, and platforms. You will play a pivotal role in accelerating business transformation by leveraging cutting-edge automation and DevOps strategies to streamline operations, drive efficiency, and enable AI adoption across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, build, and maintain automation workflows spanning diverse systems and platforms.
• Develop integration solutions utilizing APIs, webhooks, and third-party connectors.
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation and operational efficiency.
• Automate and orchestrate infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar solutions.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to assess and prioritize automation opportunities.
• Ensure all solutions comply with security, compliance, and industry best practices.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously optimize automation processes for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Produce comprehensive documentation for processes, solutions, and architectural designs.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in automation engineering, DevOps, or platform integration.
• Advanced scripting capabilities in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Proven experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Practical knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, EKS, GKE).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
• Experience integrating and automating APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL).
• Understanding of monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
• Strong abilities in problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills:

• Automation on ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira).
• Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism.
• Familiarity with SonarQube integration in CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with security automation and DevSecOps practices.
