Gokool Digital is seeking a highly experienced Automation Engineer with hands-on expertise in Testim.io to support our quality assurance efforts across mission-critical systems like Salesforce (including CPQ) and NetSuite ERP. In this role, you will be responsible for building reliable, scalable, and maintainable automated test suites to validate complex CRM and ERP workflows. Key Responsibilities
🤖 Automation Development & Execution

Design, develop, and maintain automated UI and end-to-end test scripts using Testim.io for Salesforce and NetSuite environments.

Execute automated tests across multiple environments and maintain detailed defect reports with reproducible steps.

Build modular and reusable components in Testim to support long-term test scalability.
💼 Business Process Validation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test quote-to-cash flows: product configuration, pricing, approvals, and financial processing.

Support both automation and manual testing for complex edge cases and workflows.

Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews, and test case design sessions.
🔧 Tools & Integrations

Use Testim CLI, Git, and CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated tests into the deployment lifecycle.

Leverage Postman or custom scripts for REST API testing.

Track and manage test cases and defects via tools like JIRA and TestRail.
Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in automation testing.

2+ years specifically with Testim.io or similar low-code/no-code test automation platforms.

Proficiency in testing Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or CPQ) workflows.

Experience with NetSuite ERP (Order Management, Finance, or Inventory modules).

Basic understanding of JavaScript to enhance Testim scripts as needed.

Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning UI and dynamic web interfaces.

Strong knowledge of REST APIs and API testing tools.
