Someone who wakes up trying new tools, building weird workflows, automating things that shouldn’t be manual, and generally asking why are humans doing this?

At Cumin Co., your job is simple:

AI-fy everything.

What you’ll do

Build AI into every part of the company.

Growth. Ops. Finance. Supply chain. CX. Founders’ workflows.

Examples:

• Monitor Meta + Google ads and scream when performance drops
• Analyze creative fatigue before humans notice
• Build automated daily business summaries
• Predict stockouts before they happen
• Create DRR based reorder systems
• Track delayed shipments and escalation risks
• Spot margin leakages
• Watch return spikes
• Analyze reviews and customer complaints
• Identify product defect patterns
• Automate reporting
• Build founder copilots
• Create internal AI tools teams actually use
• Build agents, bots, workflows, scrapers, alerts, dashboards, weird useful things

Basically:

If something repetitive exists, automate it.

If a signal exists, surface it.

If a decision can be made faster with AI, make it happen.

You should know your way around

Experience

Honestly, less bothered about pedigree.
